If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
To request a refund, please contact us at Hello@cocktailstix.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for photos or additional information to help process your request.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that some items may not be eligible for refunds, including final sale items, gift cards, and customized products. We also reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of fraud, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Hello@cocktailstix.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
